Francesco Santinon, Managing Partner

Francesco has overall responsibility for the management of Spirit Capital.  Francesco joined the business in 2002 from Close Brothers Private Equity and has over 11 years experience in lower mid-market transactions.  Prior to joining the private equity industry Francesco worked in corporate finance and qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Colin Stirling, Partner

Colin has responsibility for overseeing the origination and execution of new transactions.  Colin joined Spirit Capital in 2006 from Bridgepoint where, during his 11 years, he was involved in a number of successful transactions across a range of sectors.  Prior to joining the private equity industry Colin qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and worked for five years for KPMG Corporate Finance.

Andy Glennon, Partner

Andy has overall responsibility for the portfolio of investments managed by Spirit Capital.  Andy joined the business in 2002 having previously been Group Finance Director of Christy Group. Prior to spending a total of eight years in industry, Andy trained with Coopers & Lybrand where he spent 10 years in both the UK and Australian practices. Since joining Spirit Capital he has been involved in over 30 investments and has overseen a number of successful exits including Brookhouse and Plaxton.

Graham Dewhirst, Chairman

Graham is both Chairman and a founding member of Spirit Capital.  He was formerly a partner and Head of Investor Relations at Bridgepoint and has nearly 30 years of private equity experience.  In his role, Graham chairs the Investment Committee as well as providing advice and assistance with the overall strategy and development of the business.
