Francesco Santinon, Colin Stirling and Andy Glennon led a
management buy-out to form Spirit Capital.
Spirit Capital is an independent private equity fund manager which operates exclusively in the UK lower mid-market. The firm was established in September 2008 following a buy-out of its activities from Aberdeen Asset Management PLC.
The Spirit team is highly experienced. In combination the partnership brings over 60 years experience in private equity and has successfully transferred the proven disciplines and training of a larger fund environment into the smaller deal space.
Our focus is to support proven management teams to acquire UK-headquartered businesses valued between £10m and £50m. We then commit to working alongside our management teams to build capital value in those businesses.
